​​My approach to recruiting has always been as an advocate for job seekers, in addition to working hard to find the best humans for individual companies. I do not believe candidates are simply interchangeable, as jobs are not one size fits all. 

 

underpin originally was my first endeavor as an external recruiter. I worked for 3 years as an external recruiter for over 20 companies and truly loved it! Recently, I have taken on a full time role as Head of Recruitment for Replicate (originally one of my clients) and am enjoying working with a team again. 

 

That said, I have been missing the coaching aspect of being an external recruiter, so have decided to open myself up to clients who want a Jill-shaped helping hand.

 

​Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife, Jen and our three dog-children, Mrs. Peanut Butter, Green Bean & Pikachu. I also love to cycle & spin, go on walks while listening to murder podcasts, be in water and watch trashy television.
