How we met: I originally heard about Byteboard through Sargun Kaur, one of the founders, who I know from Twitter. I have since had 2 clients use Byteboard in their interview processes and hear consistently positive feedback from candidates.
What stands out to me: Byteboard is a truly diverse company filled with very talented people. With two women of color co-founders, they building a product that will break down interviewing inequities.
About their team: Byteboard is a fully remote team across the US and Canada. They currently have 57% identify as women and non-binary, 64% POC (and no, it's not just their 'non-tech' roles that are diverse).
