As a queer woman that's been in tech for the last decade plus, I've seen it all. I've been duped by companies who say one thing and internally live completely different values. Because of my lived experiences I am incredibly particular about companies I choose to partner with. I take recruiting and 'selling' companies to potential candidates seriously, so I want to ensure I am doing my diligence to work with companies I can be proud to put on my website.

All the companies I work with are remote for all roles and feel safe, IMHO, for anyone to interview at.
